It is most important to honor what works best for you, whether coaching, therapy, both, or other healing modalities. There is no shame in your choices. Coaching does not replace a medical diagnosis. Therapists are trained to treat mental illness or other significant emotional and relational concerns, while coaches are more present and future-oriented. I seek to help you elevate your life as a whole to fully thrive, we will look at the bigger picture together. We will not give power to the mind and enable looping through stories or perpetuate unhelpful thoughts and ideas. We will stop and watch the loop, then become present and get to the root of these limiting beliefs. There is no cookie-cutter formula for each client, my work empowers you with your very own toolbox of techniques to navigate life.

Think of the nervous system as our body's central command center helping different parts of our body communicate with each other. Our nervous system can perceive that we're unsafe, even when we are. This can result in physical sensations, and psychological consequences. I teach simple yet profoundly effective calming techniques to let your body/mind know that it is in fact safe.
We operate our lives based on CONditioning that was programmed in us when we were young children before we can even remember how or why we were CONditioned this way. That seems unfair, right? Hence the CON part of the word. Well, if we want to know what we are truly capable of when we step into our authenticity, without the voice of the mind that was CONditioned in us, then we need to learn how to work with the nervous system. The less we operate on our programming, the more choices and empowered our lives become. We were born to thrive, not just survive.
Just like we inherit our hair or eye color, we also inherit generational trauma patterns that are stored in our body. Afterall, we literally contain parts of parents, grandparents, and so on, so it makes sense that there is also an emotional component that is often hidden from us. I teach a groundbreaking approach to healing these unconscious and conscious unresolved traumas that we inherited from our family. With my guidance, my clients bravely heal generational wounds, such as cycles of violence, sexual trauma, poverty, and more.
Our fate is what we were born into, such as our family, it is out of our control. Whereas our destiny is what we are meant to discover, step into, and expand from. Our fate is how we got here, our destiny is why we are here. I help my clients step out of their fate, which can often be a person's comfort zone because it's all they've known, and I gently guide them to discovering and cultivating their destiny. One's fate does not have to determine their destiny.
